WynPUF® is our brand for polyurethane foam additives. XH-2618 is for flexible foam agents. Silicone foam stabilizers is mainly suitable for conventional flexible foam/ Slab stock foam with density from 10kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3. XH-2618 is equivalent to L-618, B-8186, B-8289, DC-5906, DC-2904 in international markets.

WynPUF® XH-2618 is non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant for polyurethane flexible foam; it has medium potency used for middle density foam. 

Características y beneficios clave

● XH-2618 is medium efficient surfactant, with wide processing latitude.

● Though XH-2618 has medium efficiency, the foam from it has very small density difference in the slab stock foam.

● Yields the foam with good breathability profile for all formulation over a wide range of silicone and tine catalyst levels. Suitable foam density from 20 kg/m3 to 40 kg/m3.

● Provides fine, even cell structure, thus imparts the foam with better hand feeling.

WynPUF® XH-2618 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.

Tambores de 200 kg o 1000 kg de IBC

WynPUF® XH-2618 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
